A truth-teller and problem solver, Kelley is trusted for her wise counsel and ability to 

translate complex challenges into needle-moving strategies that build engagement and achieve results.


As a former chief diversity officer for a Fortune 500 company, Kelley was instrumental in linking business innovation with talent management. Her background also includes providing c-suite counsel in managing crisis communications and advising on employee engagement, business continuity planning and social responsibility programs.
