  • What is KEIRUS?

    KEIRUS is an all-inclusive digital platform that houses resources, training, tools, knowledge checks, and more. Designed to foster community and engagement, KEIRUS provides each employee with an easy-to-use dashboard outlining a curated learning journey.

  • How did you identify the need for KEIRUS?

    Around the one-year anniversary of George Floyd’s murder, we were in the trenches of expedited growth and navigating a global pandemic. We realized we needed to evolve. We knew our ability to meet  growing demand with excellence required entering the digital world in a new way to offer a sophisticated experience for virtual training. At first, we envisioned a digital library as a remedy. However, we wanted more than simplified e-learning or micro-learning. 


    In true KEIRUS fashion, our first idea is usually an entry point to developing a more significant implementation. Our KEIRUS platform houses a digital library, but excitingly, we offer our clients so much more.  


  • How does the KEIRUS model impact employees?

    We love that we can reach the employees right where they are, in their physical workspace, mentally, behaviorally and emotionally.  


    The KEIRUS platform allows us to create a multi-year learning path that fosters continuous education, awareness, and culture building through additional courses from our library. As the individual progresses through the dashboard, they will be able to increase their competency. 


    KEIRUS is a motivational journey that offers rewarding incentives throughout the dashboard. Employees will be encouraged to engage at a greater level within the platform and with their peers. 


    We pride ourselves on the quality of our curriculum and have found that participants take even more delight in their course completion. This gratification confirms that employees value recognition, completing quality work, and self-improvement. During our early prototyping phase, we saw excitement from learners who completed our digital courses. This proved to leaders that mindsets were changing, which was fulfilling, and they witnessed the DEI business case at an up-close and personal level.

    We genuinely love KEIRUS and being able to experience the power of touching so many people at once. The birthing of this brainchild has been filled with big, quick contractions. We launched KEIRUS without investor money, in less than a year.  Our team is extremely grateful to be innovators and excited about what our clients will gain.


    Witnessing others experience the impact of treating others with respect is foundational to our care process. The nature of who we are is sincere, which is a differentiator to our competition.  We genuinely embrace the organization, allowing them to safely be transparent, vulnerable, and let us into the core of their business.  We will continue to imprint our authentic fingerprint of care and altruistic approach to doing this work for the right reasons.
