Lisa Yarbough is an International Coach Federation certified executive coach in the North Texas area. Prior to coaching, Lisa had an extensive marketing career leading marketing strategies and launching communications technology products and services for Fortune 500 companies. She brings over 20 years of this business experience along with her coaching expertise to guide her clients to their desired transformations.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Loyola University of Chicago, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas. She also holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas.
Consultant, Project Manager
Devean is a PhD student in Diversity and Equity in the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership at the University of Illinois. She is a graduate researcher to both the Dean's Fellow for Diversity Initiatives and the Office of Community College Research and Leadership. Her dissertation research focuses on Black women and girls' experiences in independent private schools, with research to be presented at the 2018 National Association of Independent Schools' People of Color Conference. Her latest co-authored publication, Anti-racist Change: A Conceptual Framework for Educational Institutions to Take Systemic Action, combines "anti-racism and organizational change literature to present a conceptual framework that leaders in both PK–12 and higher education institutions can use to be accountable for facilitating broad level systemic anti-racist change". Devean received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern Methodist University.
