She received her MBA in Business Administration and BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. She holds her Professional in Human Resources certification, is a Certified Training Professional with Association for Talent Development, and is a certified trainer for Fierce Conversations.

Prior to coaching, Lisa had an extensive marketing career leading marketing strategies and launching communications technology products and services for Fortune 500 companies. She brings over 20 years of this business experience along with her coaching expertise to guide her clients to their desired transformations.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business from Loyola University of Chicago, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas. She also holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas, Dallas.
